PCQ Supporters

Thanks to your generosity, our 2017 Park Cities Quail Dinner and Auction raised $683,221!!!

To our delight, Tom Brokaw suprised us with an auction item and we decided to give the proceeds to United States Veterans. Remarkably, it raised $85,000 and Mr Brokaw later added a personal gift of an additional $42,500!!! This brings our total raised for Veterans to $127,500. In order to make certain that the money is well spent, the PCQ Executive Committee will conduct an extensive process and is requesting proposals for grants. We will consult with Tom Brokaw on our combined criteria, and get his feedback before finalizing any grants. If you have any suggestions for organizations that serve to improve the lives of United States Veterans thru outdoor therapy, please contact Jay Stine at
The remaining $556,221 will be donated to quail conservation and education consistent with our PCQ Mission. This brings our eleven year total donations to $6.6 million!!! Grant requests will follow our normal RFP process. The PCQ Grant Committee meetings will be held over the next few months and results will be announced this fall.
